I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Natura Loft Garden. The loft was spacious and comfortable, with excellent kitchen facilities. I appreciated the daily cleaning services, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast options available until 6 pm.

The walk to breakfast takes 10-15 minutes, which can be a hassle. Kitchen supplies, like pots and knives, need improvement—those knives barely cut through anything. Ants appeared at night. while they stayed away from the bed, they were an annoyance. Also, sensitive plumbing requires placing toilet paper in a trash bin instead of flushing, which is a bit unsanitary for some.

The hotel provides a beautiful outdoor area for relaxation.

The noise was quite distracting, making it difficult to enjoy the serene environment I was hoping for.

what a delightful disappointment, truly. the so-called kitchen had terrible knives that barely cut, and the lack of railing by the pool was quite dangerous. in addition, i expected a complimentary gesture for all my troubles but received nothing. just couldn't bring myself to rate this place positively.

staying at natura loft garden was a great experience! the loft was spacious with super comfy beds and pillows. i loved that it was right next to a beautiful jungle with lots of monkeys. the hammock area was a nice touch to relax after a day of adventures. great communication made the check-in and check-out process smooth.
